In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is not exactly what you had expected and you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please let us know right away and note the following:
REGULAR PRICED ITEMS
Regular priced items and items less than 20% off may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND to your method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you wish to EXCHANGE your item, please include a pre paid return shipping label for the new item, or give us a call and we're happy to charge you applicable shipping costs. Please note that (for your protection) we do not store CC information so we will need you to call in if you wish us to charge you for return shipping. If we don't hear from you within 10 days of receipt of your merchandise, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the sale final. All returns must be received back within 10days from the day you notify us that it is being returned, after that the return/exchange will be closed.
We realize this time of year items are being purchased as gift to be given on Christmas. We are extending the time frame the items have to be returned by. All returnable items purchased in the month of December as Christmas gifts must be back in our office by January 8th to be eligible for refund or exchange. Please call or email us as soon as you know the item is going to be returned so that we can pull the paper work and make notes on your order.
Items discounted 20% off or more are considered exchangeable but not returnable. If you are not finding anything to exchange for at the moment, no rush, we will be happy to issue a store credit that will be good for 12 months. Please ask any questions you might have prior to your purchase, we are here to provide measurements and happy to help!
All custom or special orders are considered final sale..
Due to customs issues, we do not accept returns on international orders unless there is a manufacturers defect. Please contact us before placing an international order if you have any questions.
When returning merchandise for exchange or refund, please give us a call at 281-703-5814 so we can be expecting it. Again, please refer to our store policies above prior to shipping back merchandise. We strongly suggest insuring your return for the full purchase price as Cowgirl Kim cannot be liable for lost packages.
