We want you to be delighted with your purchase!  We pride ourselves on our personal service, which we feel sets us apart from our competition and insures you love your purchases! We are always happy to answer any questions you might have about our merchandise or provide you with specific measurements or even make suggestions like what pair of boots would look best with a particular skirt or what piece of jewelry would really make a top stand out! In the unlikely event you do receive an item that is not exactly what you had expected and you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason, please let us know right away and note the following:

Items discounted 20% off or more are considered FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.


Regular priced items and sale items up to 19% off may be returned or exchanged for full REFUND to your method of payment Within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. If we don't hear from you within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise, we will assume you are happy with your purchase and consider the SALE FINAL. All sale items sold at 20% off or more are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  If you wish to EXCHANGE your item, please include a pre paid return shipping label for the new item, or give us a call and we're happy to charge you applicable shipping costs. All purchases made through Sezzle, or any special orders, will be FINAL. Please note that (for your protection) we do not store CC information so we will need you to call in if you wish us to charge you for return shipping.  All returns must be received back within 10 days from the day you notify us that it is being returned, after that the return/exchange will be closed. 


We offer multiple payment methods such as Paypal, Sezzle, American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payment. The only payment method we do not have is a check. We do not accept any checks or money orders. If you wish to speak to us about another payment option, please feel free to give us a call and we would be more than happy to work with you to the best of our ability. 


We realize this time of year items are being purchased as gifts to be given on Christmas. We are extending the time frame the items have to be returned by. All returnable items purchased in the month of December as Christmas gifts must be back in our office by January 8th to be eligible for refund or exchange. Please call or email us as soon as you know the item is going to be returned so that we can pull the paper work and make notes on your order. 

New Customer Discount

If you are a new customer, we offer a 10% discount on your first order. All you must do is signup to our email database, so you know all the happenings at Cowgirl Kim! You may use this 10% discount on your first order, but it does exclude Double D Ranchwear, Old Gringo, Corral Boots, and Mongolia Pearl. Please note the 10% off first time customer discount is one per person. 


We no longer are taking Lay-a-ways. If you wish to have a payment plan, at check out please go through Sezzle. It requires 25% down and every two weeks another 25% of the purchase until it is paid in full. You will receive your item right away instead of waiting until it has been paid off. All purchases are FINAL when going through Sezzle. Special considerations will be made for items over $2,500.00.

Live Video Feed sale

For our live video feed sales you will have 16 hours to pay your invoice. If the invoice is not paid within the 16 hours, the item will go back into stock or to the next person in line. All sale items are FINAL. No returns or exchanges will be accepted. Please ask any questions you might have prior to your purchase, we are here to provide measurements and happy to help! 


All custom or special orders are considered FINAL sale. 


Due to customs issues, we do NOT accept returns on international orders unless there is a manufacturers defect. Please contact us before placing an international order if you have any questions.


When returning merchandise for exchange or refund, please send us an email so we can be expecting it and to put your return into effect.  Again, please refer to our store policies above prior to shipping back merchandise.  We strongly suggest insuring your return for the full purchase price as Cowgirl Kim CANNOT be liable for lost packages. Cowgirl Kim is NOT responsible for LOST, STOLEN or damaged PACKAGES or ITEMS or the cost of RETURN SHIPPING after it has left our warehouse.
