A fabulous broccoli cheese soup. Just add evaporated milk, water, and the cheese of your choice. This soup is one of our favorites at Cowgirl Kim. This soup can be made and frozen which I do alot. Low carb and just yummy. If your feeling cooped up this may brighten your day up. 

Hint: Cooked or canned chicken may be added for a totally different broccoli soup. Enjoy!
